I'm doing this diy of glammifying these floral granny plates...here's what they look like now:
They're cute, but all kinds of blah...thinking that taking the gold rim as inspiration, they'd look so HAWT with gold splatter...
I'm using what I happen to have on hand-- an oil based enamel, Testers brand, which I'm sure is toxic, b/c the fumes are making me cry as I type this, streams...cascading...tears...but these are just test dummy dishes...no one will be eating food off of them...except my husband, Dylan, of course...shhh

I'm not #dead over this look yet, but I do think there's lots of potential, in terms of overall concept...it definitely makes the plates much more modern to me...what do y'all think?
